The Most Reluctant Convert: The Untold Story of C.S. Lewis
On Twitter today (October 23rd), Dr. Tim Keller commented on the upcoming film about C.S. Lewis:
I had the privilege of an advance viewing of “The Most Reluctant Convert”, the Fellowship of the Performing Arts’ new movie based on CS Lewis’s autobiography “Surprised by Joy.” Max McLean brought Jack Lewis vividly to life so much so that my wife and I – who have been so formed by him (in her case going back to her primary school years) – were moved to tears. Using creative storytelling and Max’s uncanny resemblance to the mature Lewis, the movie faithfully sticks to its source material while ingeniously allowing Lewis to comment on his conversion as it is happening. Anyone who is a fan of C.S. Lewis (as well as those who have yet to encounter his razor-sharp mind) will enjoy this movie. Find out where it is showing near you on November 3rd.
